Welcome back, I haven't posted in a while. I remember that you and I had very similar stats a while back, not sure if we still do, prolly though. I am the exact same way, I go all day with out eating and Im feelin good then something snaps and then I eat one little thing, but then all of a sudden its a whole load of food. Then I feel soo bad and I hate myself. If your gonna binge, make it on like carrots, apples, celery...food that won't kill you to eat, ya know? Feel free to email me, then we could help each other out!!
