i had the same problem i could go through the day easily
until 4-6 w/o eating then i thought i'll have a snack or an apple and you just dont stop and you think that maybe tomorrow will be any different but it won't .
you body needs and craves and you cant manipulate it.
eat some in the morning its better yo eat a little then to binge. i purged until i lost it completely and then i was lost and for a week i went crazy . And then i set my self new goals . you have to realize and to come to the point when you call for a change .
I'm sure others here will explain it to you with terms of
biology and nutrition facts better then me .
