 I know exactly what you mean about getting serious about this whole thing. I ate wwaaaaayy too much this weekend and had a few too many calories in the way of wine and alcohol. So I can relate. I keep promising myself that this next weekend will be different and I will be more disciplined. But it's time to stop promising and get this thing done. Don't beat yourself up anymore, just live up to your word to yourself. We can motivate each other if you want. We just need to kick it into gear and get it done. I'm fasting this week to make up for the extra calories and what not. So if you need some encouragement or something let me know. We can keep each other accountable. So shake off those terrible thoughts and bad feelings and let's make a new start today. It is Monday...and everybody knows that if you are going to start fresh it HAS to be on Monday.... ;-) Everything's lining up for you.... ;-) Hope your day gets better and this week is one of strong wills and genuine smiles for you...take care...
