Hey everyone,
I haven't posted in a while about my situation so I thought I'd post a lil something while I feel like it. :)
Since school has started I thought I was doing better. Right off the bat I lost about 5 pounds. I was very happy, but then things kind of hit a plateau, so I guess I lost my motivation. Before school started I was around 139 or so and since school has started I've been in between 134-137. My problem is weekends. I can do OK during the week, but once the weekend hits, I lose control and just eat everything. But I made a big promise to myself that I was going to do good this whole week and weekend. I bought a pair of jeans that were tight yesterday to help motivate me. hehe Maybe I'm crazy...but they have motivated me so far even though it's been a day. Hopefully once I'm below 130, I won't feel that my situation is so hopeless. I'm such a drama queen hehe Well that's all for now, but if anyone has any motivation/adive about my weekend problem please respond! Thanks so much for listening to me drag on about my life...lol But hey, what are we here for?
