I was just wondering how tall you are? I used to be the exact same way, its crazy. I started all this at 139 and right away I got down to 134. I did so well during the school week, never more than 500 cals and then the weekends came. Normally I could hold out until like 3ish or so or even until dinner, then I would binge. I was always so mad at myself every monday and I hated it. I'm not sure what I did other than promise myself to try harder the following weekend. Find something that will motivate you. It can be done. One thing that I found that helped me was I promised myself that I wouldn't ever binge again. If you are a persone that generally can keep promises with other people, try this and be totally serious with yourself.
On saturday I weighed myself (now that I am in college and living in the dorms, I don't have a scale...i went home this past weekend) and I was 122.5! I was so happy , that is the lowest I have been in about 5 months.
Try getting the junk food out of your house, buy good food, so if you do binge then it is on like carrots, grapes, celery, plums, etc..thats what I like to eat a lot of. So even in you blow it just remember that you will be able to do better next time.
