You are doing fine with your proteines, the only food that contains almost as much proteine as you eat now is soy or beans.
If your BMI is 18.9 it is possible that you are burning muscle but it is not highly dangerous (yet) it is also possible that you have tired legs because you dont have enough calorie intake. It is your body warning you. Listen to your body carefully, mostly it gives us signs.
Anyway, you are doing good with the proteine, keep it up. and take good care of your body.
