Chocolate
thanks for the info. so you can burn muscle even if you still have... not a lot, but.. noticable fat? I have a BMI of 18.9..according to everything a BMI of 18.6 or higher is considered healthy...but I have not been eating...regularly, somedays 300 cals, others 500, others nothing, others 1000..it varies from day to day. But i have been trying to get protein, I can't eat chicken, only like turkey, but here at school all that there is, is chicken. I had some milk and have been eating a hard boiled egg-white part only- cuz i know they r high in protein. I need to find some turkey or something with protein. I also eat a lot of cheese..well not so much A LOT any more but i have some everyday on my salad...are there any other foods that I could find here in the cafateria that would have a higher protein amount? Thanks again
take care
