Yep, I have done it and for me it worked very well. Really try this, I have done it individually. It helped me understand why I associate things with eachother (why I didnt want to eat) and how to change these associations. Like if you associate being loved with being thin you can learn there to associate being loved with something else, like taking good care of yourself. This stuff really works, I learned a lot there it is one of the therapies (I think I really tried them all) that actually gave me something to work with, it is not an easy thing to do but if you go for it it can really help you.
