Author: bittersweet [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 16:27:40 09/16/04 Thu has anyone heard of this or tried this? it's much different from regular therapy and is sometimes held in groups....it's for a wide range of problems and the aim is to change your thinking more rapidly than medication would........i'm going next week i think because i am literally at the end of my rope.....i went to see a physciatrist and have been newly diagnosed with Severe Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, mild OCD, and of course Anorexia...he strongly suggested medication due to my current state, but ive decided to try the cognitive therapy instead. has anyone tried this with any results? thanks guys. i havent been on in a while (going nuts) but you're all in my thoughts =) any imput let me know ~jane~ [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ]
