That's not a problem if something works for you however, the only person who can actually tell another person WHAT to eat and HOW MUCH to eat is a nutritionist or dietician who has SEEN the person and knows their BMI, their frame/build and medical history. That's all. The numbers you were reading are most likely guidelines and references but please be careful in taking what you hear and even read from one source as gospel. Everyone is different. Some ppl on here may not be able to eat what I eat every day and maintain a healthy BMI and slim figure. It works for ME...all I can do is offer healthy advise and other reference and reading materials. The more you know the better you'll get at knowing what's best for you.
