If you are positive you drink a lot of water. It could be your metabolism slowed down, but it is not supposed to slow down so much, this kind of slow down you mostly see when someone goes below 800 cals.
Were you in the week before your period at the time, women tend to hold up to 5 pounds of water then, it goes away around the 2nd or 3rd day of your period.
If you did a lot of exercises it could be muscle weight.
Are you sure your scale isnt broken?

Anyway, let me know if it could be any of these things.
