Well, as as an update, my weight dropped agian once I increased my calories. It seems that the more I eat the more weight I lose. (wierd, huh? my metabolism seems to be very adaptable–even after 10 or so years of slowing it down, it still speeds up). And since I haven't gotten my period in near 6yrs., naturally that is, and on and off before that, it wasn't that. I also do workout about 45min. a day, nothing new. But I do know that I have increased my muscle mass the last few months with pilates and toning exercises.
Still, I have more good news, since I increaded my cals to 1320 (the most I have eaten a day in over 6yrs–I am very proud of myself for the increase!), I got my period for the first time in a long time yesturday. Which I am ecstatic about! I thought that it was never coming back...
Thanks for all your help Chocolate! I just think that it is my metabolism slowing (when I decrease my cals) and speeding up (when I eat more, and more often).
Forever,
lara
