Hi,

Here is some information directly off of the Clarocet website:

"Side effects when taking ClarocetNRI are rare. Although, as with any nutritional herbal supplement, a small percentage of individuals (1.5% ~ 2.9%) may experience adverse reactions documented as mild to moderate in clinical study. The most notable side effects when taking ClarocetNRI may include:

-Dry mouth, drowsiness, fatigue, headache, dizziness, or sleep difficulties
-Preexisting gastrointestinal (GI) disturbances, such as acid reflux or stomach ulcers may be exacerbated
-Allergic reactions are not common. However, individuals with a known history of allergic reactions should consult with an allergist who can perform skin tests to determine specific allergens "

Any herbal dietary supplement with St. Johns Wort or Valerian root would probably have similar side effects. Based on the Clarocet NRI ingredients, the chances of side effects may be reduced because it uses mild to moderate doses of these ingredients.

Here is a link to go to the Clarocet Safety and Dosage information page where you can find all of this info: http://www.clarocet.com/nri/safety-and-dosage.htm
