Hee,

I think (and hope) that what you are experiencing now might be a good thing. Most people first realize they have a problem and they dont want to lead their lives this way anymore and they want to do something about it. And right before they actually start doing something about it (for real) they have a huge relapse.

I've been in 3 clinics (in-patient) the first two times I didnt want to be there (i was a teenager then and my parents decided) the thrid time I realized I didnt want to live this way anymore and I wanted to stop being lived by my ed. I got all the information I needed for treatment, I told my boyfriend (now my hub) and I got everything ready (application papers and stuff) and then I stopped eating, for two months.....

After that I went to the clinic and I've been maintaining recovery ever since. (note: I do not say I'm cured: I am maintaining recovery)

A lot of people do this, just at the moment they decide for real they want to change the way they deal with food they seem to relapse for a while. Its very logic, people (ALL PEOPLE) are affraid of change, and this is the only way a person with an ED can deal with change.

Dont worry, you will survive this, you can and will get this under control.

Hope this helps

Chocolate
