hey chocolate!

i know i'm so annoying with all these nutrition questions!- :o)

the thing is, i talked to you quite some time ago about how multivitamins make me feel dizzy and lightheaded--however, my energy level is ridiculous so i definately need to be taking a vitamin. You said something about fat absorbtion--like i could be feeling lightheaded because certain vitamins need to be taken with fat. i was just wondering, what vitamins need to be taken with fat? i think D was one of them, but i forget the rest.

Also, i'd like to know how much fat is necessary...i try to eat as fat free as possible, so how many grams of fat should i be eating with the vitamin--could it be as little as 2 grams?

another thing i hate about vitamins is that most of them need to be taken with food, but some days i dont eat as much as one meal, just eat tiny bites all day but go days without eating full MEALS, you know?
As you can see, i'm a little confused!! sorry about all this, i'd just like to know how much fat i should be eating with the vitamin and how much food i should eat with it, so i dont get lightheaded...

thanks again!!

~jane~
