 Do any of you have one of the high tech scales that tell you not only your weight, but the percentage of body fat, lean muscle, and water that contributes to it?

I was wondering if anyone knows how those scales work and their accuracy. They seem to cost a minimum of $70; so, before I spend the dough, does anyone have any reccomendations on a brand or company?
