For the past 3 weeks I have tried to take better care of myself and eat a minumum of 1100 calories a day (most days 1200). I have gained 4 lbs and I think my metabolism and weight have stabalized on this intake. Before this increase, I was eating 950. I recently have tried decreasing my cals. to 1050, hoping to drop the extra lbs. and maintain my metabolic rate. But when I do, I gain another lb. When this happens, I again eat 1200 cals and lose it. What gives? Also, I had nearly doubled my exersize to 1hr. a day, but the scale dosen't seem to be effected by this. So I am now back doing my 30 min. of pilates/dance routine...

Anyone experience something similar? before this I was maintaining my weight on the 950.
