I highly recommend finding another dietician or nutritionist to work with you along with your therapist. Most will work together (even if they don't actually speak to each other) by supplying you with information that each can talk to you about in your next visit.

I don't know if Kim is trained in nutrition, most likely she knows some (if she's specially trained in eating disorders) but I still would go to a dietician for a while anyway. Just my opinion and experience. Talk to Kim more about it and about your hesitation. It's tough when you have one bad experience - it hinders you but talk about it more and see what Kim recommends for you as well. You need to do what is best for you when the time is right for you. Otherwise it doesn't do any good. Good luck hon!
