I feel sick. I have been trying to eat better, and take batter care of myself. But all I do is gain weight. I am not eating junk at all. My calories are never above 1200 for the day. Why am I gaining? I just feel huge. I don't want to be sick any more. but I cannot let myself gain any more weight! The only thng I am happy about is that it is winter and I can pile on layers of clothing to hide my fat.
