I remember insecurities with my boyfriend that had no merit, just because you are so stressed and have so much anxiety in life. It is great that you are seeing a counselor and venting to friends helps too. I feel 100% better having told friends about my problems and found that a lot have had or know others with similar situations, which is comforting. This site is a place you can vent even when you feel terrible about the bpurge, ED cycle, because we've been there in one way or another. You just have to pick yourself up. Don't beat yourself up over something that's over. Know you are not alone. You'll get through this. Be well Sandy
