Mandy,

Please listen to yourself, your idea to limit so low is bound to backfire–psychologically and physically. Your metabolism will slow down if you eat so little, and you will most likely end up binging if you aren't consuming a caloric amount that is reasonable. You will end up in the same place: frustrated and unhappy. Listen, I've been hospitalized twice for ana: It is not something you want to mess with or aim to achieve...

Try a more healthy aproach to eating, include a good amount of exercise. But think of this "diet" differently: as an eating plan for life. If you eat a balanced low-cal diet you will loseweight, and you won't slow your metabloism down too much. You will be much happier in the long run. Think about your future, and what you really want.

Take care of yourself,
lara
