okay, i tried posting this like 17 times on the other thread but it didn't work.....let's hope it doest show up tomorrow on the board (17 times, lol!) anyways,

i personally think that's awesome!! i'm glad it all worked out for ya- trust me, we're ALL nervous the first time, lol. i was 13 or 14 when i went to a therapist for the first time and shivering, shaking, nervous, the whole nine yards- so i'm glad you got through your first visit okay and are going back!! =) sometimes it takes awhile to find one you can really connect with, but this guy you talked to sounds very smart and tuned in so maybe you got lucky....i'm so so so proud--remember- nevermind the voice- you need to do this for you! once you can shut that voice inside your head off, things will get much better (for you!) kudos to you! =) i know you'll get through....let me know if you need anything--i'm here...i've been there, and am very proud! :o)
