Jody,
The same fast/binge pattern caused me to want to fix up my life. Yeah I have totally gained a lot of weight, however I am eating btwn 1500 and 2500 cals a day, totally a lot, cuz i was used to eating 500..but its like I am making up for lost time, Starting this week I am trying to keep under control what I eat, I am trying to stick around 1500 cals, and it has been two weeks today since i started eating "normally". I have had some very guilty feelings, but I am working through them, telling myself it is ok to be eating what ever it is. Good luck, I really hope you can stick to the 800 and then continue to increase your cals, it is very hard but we are all here for you. I know you can do it!!
Good luck
becky
