hee,
deb is right, you can eat anything but make sure you get enough proteine, also try to take iron, chromium and vitamine B supplements.
What you can do, which is really healthier, is skip the 200 cals day, so it will be 400-600-800, the whole idea is that one in four days must be 800 or above.
If you are seeking to recover and want to adapt a healthy lifestyle, you can try 600-800-1000 or something like that.
Like you I cannot maintain a healthy lifestyle without some rules, I have been maintaining recovery for almost 3 years but I need rules to stay in line, I make myself eat 3 times a day (at least) , I calculate my proteines, vitamines and minerals so that I will get enough.
So always remember, when doing any diet, make sure you still get the stuff you need and dont forget to drink a lot (alcohol and coffee dont count) a person needs 2 liters a day, anyone suffering an ED needs 3 (this because it is very likely that ED sufferers dont get the water in food in their system)
Hope this helps, let me know if you want to know more...
