You've used 2 negative phrases in your question which has be to believe you don't understand the concept of the 2468 properly or eating properly. I'd like to help but you need to clarify.

You said a binge is beneficial and how many days can you binge before adding on weight. There area 2 things wrong with this...(1) anything called a binge means too much food and excess cals so NO binge is ever beneficial which leads to (2) if one is not beneficial then 2 or 3 isn't either.

Perhaps what you meant was eating more food than you normally would or more than the 800 cal day? If this food consists of good, nutritional, healthy food then I don't see a problem with it as long as you don't consume more than 2000 cals/day. If it's junk food, greasy, fattening foods then you shouldn't be eating them anyway so no amount is really good for you and you will indeed put weight on and the wrong kind of weight, too (fat).

The other problem I have with your question is the 2 1/2 days of "bad" eating. What exactly do you mean? Did you eat cake cookies and ice cream or do you just mean you ate more cals in general than the 800 of the last day?
