So last week, I was high on adrenaline because my birthday was Saturday. So everyday, I forgot just how much I had planned to concentrate on my eating and REALLY buckle down and do the 2468 diet. Some might think that I failed since I didn't really restrict as much as usual and definitely didn't follow my plan, however, it was great for me. I wasn't as concerned with what everyone wanted from me or what everyone thought I should do because it was my birthday week...and dang it...I can do what I WANT to do on my birthday and I don't HAVE to care what people think on my birthday. I am the queen of the world on my birthday. It was so great for me and I lost weight (which is always a plus for me)... So why don't I live that way everyday?! Because I'm personally weird. I need to treat myself better and with more respect than I do normally.

That was my epiphany of the year I think.
