Try some of the hotline numbers for the National Eating Disorders Association for someone to talk to. Perhaps even in your local yellow pages you can find the numbers for some people who will provide you some support through a hotline number. They're out there and you need to reach out. They don't know who you are or what you're going through so you need to take the first step in trying to contact someone.

I really am sorry in a bind right now. Everything always seems less disruptive and stressful the next day. Just take it one day at a time.
