i used to take JuicePlus and actually my mom was selling them for a while. She still takes them everyday, and yes, swears by them... i think the recommended dose it 2 fruit pills in the morning and 2 veggie pills at night. i wasnt on them long enough to notice anything (didnt like taking 4 pills a day) and switched to a multi which is what im taking currently. youre right they are just made of fruits and vegetables so youre only putting natural things into your body which is cool. you should try them and see how you feel--also, they have a line of gummies (says theyre for kids but i used to eat them all the time--really good for anyone who doesnt like taking pills) that taste really good and if you eat twice as many as are recommended for children then theyre like the adult dose of the capsules. yummmm!!!
