Hi Kiki! I was diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder a while ago. I was actually diagnosed with BDD before I was diagnosed with anorexia.

I'm currently in therapy for ana, making an attempt at recovery...but the shrink/nutritionist sort of ignores BDD. Have you ever talked to anyone about it?? Do you know if it is possible to "recover" from BDD, or at least make it better....do you think that if I work on my ED, it will go away at the same time. I think the two tend to go hand in hand.
