wow i am SO glad i found this place again! i searched forever and ive been kinda lost without this place of safety and security :( lately i have been at my lowest, 110, and felt alright at trying to be right at that. but i still cant go through a week without starving myself. and i will get down to about 108 but it seems like im developing a habit where every saturday and sunday i binge eat all day on whatever i want to sort of reward myself. i lose any weight that i would gain by that time next week so im not really moving up or down on the scales---- but i wonder if this is something common or a weird quirk of mine???? can someone give me input??? thanks! and godbless you all! i missed you guys!
