Was worn once to a Natural pageant where dresses had to be completely plain. I was going to decorate it but never got around to it. Probably can fit Girls 14-16/ Juniors 0-4.

Juniors 0-4/6 There are two inner zippers to make smaller or larger, hoping my daughter would be able to wear this for years but quit :( Cost $2200 new!
