thanks for the updates by Guen. and good to hear that kwok chi's art works progress into a big thing and into an exhibition soon. but where is it actually to be held?

As for the concerns from Guen, actually what you are going to "experiment" is exactly related to what your worries/ queries are, actually you should start to think of it right from this point. Why ?

Cos we want you to build up yr own hypothesis, then test it out/ experiment... then critique... then you discover the magic of Public Art from yr own discovery process. This is a long and painful process to learn something which is not like what you are taught at HK traditional schools... we are so get used to the way teachers pass us specific definitions so as it seems that we are on the right track to learn... but do you like this indeed? this is exactly not me and hung fei want to do... do you get it ????
PLS believe in yrself ...test it out ...yes ! it may be wrong, but based on what standards? but you may have a chance to create something which opens up other visions too... do you want to try this magic ???? So...

Each of you (or in small group) think of a public art project in a small scale, to test out the boundaries and definition on each of yr own's "Public Art" based on what you have known so far ..Go and do it !

And then you all go back in circle for discussions and critiques on what Public Art you all wish to be... if still not understood...then i could share in class when we meet on this Sun.
