Well, I've already long-windedly explained this on my xanga, but I like to think I'm a hardcore Superman Fan because I've been slightly obsessed with the Superman Story Lines since iwas like 4 =p or something

I liked the kid, thought it was hilarious all the little expressions he would have for Clark. And OMG, Clark was played such the dweeb and geek compared to Superman, which I thought was fantastic, especially when Lois comes back from that thing on the roof and Clark is just sitting there, food sticking out of his mouth xD

I thought James Marsden did okay as this guy who's only human, trying to protect his family, and trying to do his best. I thought Perry White didn't yell enough though, because Jackie Cooper, who played the original Perry White in the first movie, was a lot more....well, he had more screen presence. He would yell and gesture and be a real news chief editor, even when the world was falling.

But overall I thought it was great. The opening credits were fantastic, not just in the pictures that went by, but in the zooming text thing, which is the way it should have been. I dunno, I think somehow Richard knew the kid wasn't his, but he was okay with it. You know, when he said 'I want to go with mommy' when they were at the hospital? I think he was disappointed, and he knew, but he was okay with it. But yeah, I'm happy =)
