I remember hearing about it a while back and thinking it was stupid, but I didn't realise they were still debating it. i saw Grant Hackett on one of those Sunday morning shows talking about it and how the swimmers themselves aren't represented in the decision making process. I thought that was really stupid! Their main concern is that they don't swim their fastest in the morning. They usually spend all day warming up for it. So there probably won't be any really fast swims if they do make the finals in the morning.
