I don't actually find that shocking anymore!! I swear, like, at least 30% of parents these days are like that with their children!!
They are so intented on making their kids their "friends" that they don't discipline them anymore!!

Pooor Emmy! Did you tell him off? Buut it's hard when you're working! I still remember when Iwas working at Watson's and this kid came up to me, took my bell and ran into the store...
Then he came out about 10 seconds later and said "ha ha! I hid you bell!"

But since he is a customer, I couldn't exactly yell at him could I!!!

Luckily, he wasn't a very good hider and it took me all of one run around the store to find it...thank goodness! If I lost the bell, the manager would've blown!!
