Subject: Who has a problem with their friends copying their notes?

So I made some notes for Chinese exam studying and because we have two exams, my friend in Chinese takes them all and to the best of my knowledge probably copied them all! Now I'm not too pissed because he's been helping me out for the semester, but I still don't think that it's beneficiary to him because the notes that I have are understanable to me because I actually put them together and got out more information during the process of the putting together!

But who gets pissed if someone just asks you for your notes and copies them?

Oh, and who gets pissed if you see some person sitting in front of you during an exam TOTALLY cheating and copying stuff from pieces of paper pulled out from their bag? I don't know if I should tell the teacher? Or at least suggest to him, maybe you shouldn't allow us to have our bags next to our feet?
