] Date Posted: 18:30:06 08/31/10 Tue The 2010 Miss Douglasville and Labor Day events are upon us Due to the closing of Hunter park, the parade will be the same route, beginning on The Hwy 92 just south of Church Street and then proceeds down Church street to Rose Avenue and goes left down to Pinecrest. The facility in which the pageant is held is actually half way thru the parade route, so we will continue on the parade route for those attending and come back around to the facility. We do have a truck and invite all of the 2009 Royalty to attend, if you have a convertible, please let us know and we will plan to meet in one location prior to the line up. If you plan to attend, please let me know. The pageant will be held at the Douglasville Lodge The Lodge address is 8415 Bowden Street. It is just down from The Douglasville Police Dept. on Church Street (Parade route) There is a $5 admission fee that is donated to the Douglasville Legion. Please have all photos labeled with contestants name and age on the back. $5 any additional photos. There is a great event in association with our pageant, so plan to stay after and attend a lot! We will register from 12-1 and competition will begin at 1:00. There will be a changing area and the attire for this event is only country wear. anything at all country!
