Ex 1
Stand on towel and use toes to scrunch it up towards you

Ex 2 Stand with feet together and facing forward raise up onto toes and then back down again but stop just before heels touch floor and repeat about 10 times

Ex 3 Same as above but turn your feet inwards so your toes are touching but not your heels

Ex 4 and 5 Repeat Exs 2+3 but this time stand on the edge of a step. When you come down from being on your toes carry on going down so that your foot is at an angle on the edge of the step. Hope that makes sense to u. If the floor was beneath you would have gone through it! Hope this makes sense.

Get your daughter to increase the number of times she goes up and down each day.
She might find it hard at first as her muscles aren't strong but the more she does the stronger they will become. They might be a bit sore the next day too!
