So, People want more time and more convinience but you have to give them another reason to buy your product or take your job offer. A good reason is that my company is the top quality company around. The Higher price you pay is because we are the best. Your incentive to believe that is our great convience and we tell you that you are beautiful. :)

I know I'm babbling on, but do you all think I'm hitting on something here or missing the boat?
The reason I wrote this post was to find out what you all think will attract good employees.

I'll post a new question: Are the things that convinces employees and/or customers to join your company the same as the things that make them work hard and keep them from leaving? Or are they different?
