Don't people in the game industry use sounds from other games? I mean, Return to castle Wolfenstein uses sounds from games like close combat and STOSS(streets of sim city)
Personally I don't think its illegal to use sounds from other games, considering that a lot of games use sounds from previous games. If it was totally illegal to have sounds from other games, then every single game would have completely different sounds.
