I guess we don't care too much about the capital punishment issue. Moving on... to Censorship;

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that we already had censorship in our schools. If it is what I think it is then I am fine with the way it is. Schools don't allow anyone to have, or read any material in school that may be offensive.

Actually... in school, I did read a story that took the lords name in vain several times. So actually our school isn't doing this. But I still would like to not have to read those words anyway.

However, when it comes to banning books, and other materials, I disagree. I think that any book you read, you need to know that it is completely the author�s opinion, and that students should be free to read what they want. I really don't think any books will damage a kid too badly, and if the kid doesn't like it, then he/she doesn't have to read it.

Anyway, this is another topic I need help with, so please present your opinions.
