He came around the corner, the gun still cocked before he groaned as he saw her. "Damn it, Gia. Don't scare me like that." He grumbled, holstering the gun once more. It made him think of the first night she had been at the agency, when she had followed him home and he had pulled a gun on her and manhandled her a bit. He frowned a little, shaking his head for a moment before he ran his hand over his head, finally taking in the fact that house smelled like food and warmth and woman. His eyes drifted around, sniffing a little before he looked back down to her. "What are you doing?" He questioned, his brow furrowed a little in confusion and slight hesitation. He was being careful not to let this woman back into his life, he just couldn't handle being hurt like that again and bringing her back into his home was the first step in the road to heartache. He thought about it a lot though, how he would want his baby there with him and she kind of came along with the baby - at least, he tried to think of it in a detached manner such as that.
