(She sighed and marveled a little at the ease at which he shifted her, careful for her injuries and making her feel small and protected against him. She liked the feel of his broad chest against her back and wondered if she would be able to sleep without him so strong behind her now that she had become sort of used to it. She relaxed against him and by the time the movie had ended she had fallen blissfully asleep, warmed by his body and soothed by his hands against her and the strong beat of his heart behind her. He had gotten her thinking with all of his talk, and she had begun to wonder what it would be like to be married to him.. to work beside him each day at the agency, looking out for the field agents while raising a family with him.. and in her dreams she was seeing it. Holding a small blue eyed baby in her arms as she worked beside him at the agency - the two of them working to help the agents acheive their mission, laughing and celebrating with him when they had gotten intel through in the nick of time.. )

He noted that she had fallen asleep and let out a soft breath, brushing his lips to her cheek bone before he shifted to gently pick her up in his arms, making his way to the bedroom with her. Carefully laying her on the sheet, he stripped her of the robe and quickly covered her up, knowing how she got cold so easily. He smiled at her for a long moment before padded into the bathroom to take his own shower, lingering in there for some time. It was a little bit early to go to bed so he just stretched out on his stomach on the bed, facing the foot of it was his shower was done and quietly played his x-box on mute so not to wake her up, she'd had a hard day...
