• He laughed softly, cocking a brow as he watched her with a grin, bringing her into his arms gently, looking down at her. "Hey, someone's a little impatient." He stated softly, his eyes moving over her warmly before he winked and ran his hands down her arms, dropping his head to brush his lips against her cheekbone. "What do you say we start off with some wine and the hottub, huh? That will warm you up a little bit..." He wanted a second to cool himseld down too, even just being that close to her had brought a little bit to much blood to certain areas and he didn't want to go into the hottub looking like a horny teenager. The huge hottub/jacuzzi was elevated up in the middle of the way to fancy bathroom for a single man. He had to walk away before he just skipped the whole hottub scene and dragged her off to his bedroom like some caveman. He went in there instead, cocking a brow at the lazy bambi as she lifted her head to look at him. "Your gonna have to relocate for the night girl." He stated as he tugged on a pair of black trunks and then headed towards the bathroom, coming in and flipping off the overhead lights, letting the jacuzzi lights come on instead. "Red wine ok?" • I thought you still had it.. (She murmured as she walked over to pick up the clip, very pleased with way he had looked her over when she'd walked into the room. She smiled as she picked up the clip and walked off through his bedroom and into the bathroom, looking around with an arched brow.. the place sure was nice, though she would never have pictured it being in his apartment. The hottub was definitely something she could appreciated in a place of her own though, and she paused for only a moment to hook her hair back up in the clip before climbing into the hot water with a sigh of appreciation at the sudden warmth to her cold skin. Her eyes lifted when he came in and she let them wander over his form before he had flipped out the lights.) Yeah, sounds great.. • He handed her the glass of wine before he slipped into the water himself, letting out a manly groan of appreciation as the water hit his body and soothed the muscles that had been tense due to him fighting his arousal all night. He let his eyes close for a moment as he slumped down into the water, a soft sigh of contentment escaping him before he finally opened his eyes and gazed at her. "I know, I know the bathroom is kind of girly and whatnot but I love it, super relaxing and...well, I like it." "So you asked me all sorts of questions and now you know my story...what made you go into intelligence in the first place?"   • He took that in with a slight nod and another sip of wine before he let out a soft breath and tipped his head to the side, watching her. "How long ago was this?" He questioned softly, that would be a hard thing to go through, even worse then what Haylie had seen happen to Kyr and she seemed to be dealing remarkably well with it which impressed him. It was hard to find a woman who had a good grip on her emotions and could handle a crisis as well as she had and that was definately a trait to be admired. If he had seen someone he had loved be hurt like that he didn't thik he could be working quite as well as she was. (NT) -- Skeeter, 02.19

• (She picked the glass up again and took another drink from it, the only outward sign that what she was talking about turned her stomach to knots.) It will be two years in a couple of weeks. (She said with a certainty that showed that she had the date marked in her mind. She had watched the man she loved get killed right before her eyes and had suffered for weeks at the hands of terrorists, it wasn't something that a woman let go of easily - but it had been so overwhelmingly terrifying and so mentally taxing that she had been in a shocked coma for months after her return and therepy for months after that.. most of it was blessedly blocked from her memory, but other parts were terrifying memories that she never wanted to revisit.) • He shifted a little to sit next to her, his hand raising to brush back a stray tendril of damp hair from her neck as he gazed at her for a long moment, letting out a soft breath. "Your a stronger woman then anyone gives you credit for." He stated softly, gently before he lowered his head and finally dropped his lips to hers, tasting the wine on her lips before he just focused on the soft feel of her small lips as his mouth covered hers. His large hand moved to cup the nape of her neck, drawing her closer as his other hand moved to bring her to turn more to him by covering her shoulder and gently turning her, his eyes closed lightly, his kiss just soft and apprecitively learning what she tasted like.. • (She let her eyes close at his soft words.. she had worked her ass off to hear those words from someone, anyone and she'd be damned if she had never heard them until that moment. It meant a lot more to her than he would ever know just to have his respect and she responded to him as such, letting out a soft breath against his lips as he guided her to turn towards him, her hand lifting to lay on his shoulder. Her other hand lifted to run back through his hair, appreciating the feel of a warm, strong man holding her and letting her feel the pain she felt for her past without making her feel like she had to let it out or hold it in.. just letting her feel it and deal with it on her own. The alcohol she had consumed earlier and the wine she had added to it just then were nothing compared to the sweetly drunk feeling she gained from kissing him, and it showed as her hand on his shoulder slowly tightened to grip him as though he were her safety.) • He groaned heavily as she started to respond to him before he gently wrapped his arm around her waist, shifting her so she was on his lap in the water, his head tipping to the side as he deepened the kiss. His left hand moved up to run up her neck, finding the clip in her hair and taking it out, running his hand through her hair once it fell down after tossing the clip aside. He smiled warmly through the kiss, his fingers moving down to trace over her stomach and then trailed beneath the bottom of her bikini, feeling the slight weight of her chest without yet touching her there, just trailing his fingers over her skin. When they entered, Bambi groaned and raised her head, gazing at him for a long moment before she huffed and made her way out of the bedroom to her bed in front of the fireplace, making him laugh and shut the door behind her before turning back to Gia. "I told her we might need some privacy." He murmured with a grin before he crossed the room to stand in front of her, his hands framing her small waist as he looked down at her. "This is a nice suit..." He murmured softly, brushing her hair back from her face before he trailed the back of his fingers down her neck and to the dip between the swells of her chest, his eyes following them before he looked up to her, his voice soft and appreciative.
