He nodded a touch and then brought over their plates, settling down at the table before he dug in like a happy, hungry man which was exactly what he was. They ate in what was mostly a companiable silence which was only somewhat interrupted here and there with small chit chat but before long he was loading up the dishwasher and letting her clear the table and put away the condiments and whatnot. When that was all taken care of, he stretched his arms over his head absently and yawned, one hand dropping to scratch at his abs before he looked outside, noting it was nice and dark. "You still wanna go for our walk with us or would you rather stay here?" He questioned, he would enjoy her company but it was a bit cold outside and he definately knew how she froze to the point of shivers in sixty-five degree weather. He shifted his weight, smirking as Bambi's head shot up at the word 'walk' and she trotted over to sit at his side, her head cocked so that her ears fell over her eyes, making her whine even more.

- He frowned a little, watching her go to get another sweater and waited until she came back out to speak. "Take your gun and the rover that way I will know where you are at all times." It was obvious he didn't like this idea at all. "...and stay where there are lots of people, don't let him get you a drink..." These were all things she knew but he just felt the need to pound them in a bit harder, he wouldn't be able to stand it if she got hurt again because he had put to much trust in her good luck and had under-estimated the men who were after her. He bit his lip a little sighing as he tugged her to him finally, running his hand through her hair as he looked down at her. "Be careful." (NT) -- Justin, 02.25
