Hey bryan, welcome to the site, what i suggest and what i do is take bcaa's and glutamine right after workout, then 30 to 45 minutes later i take whey protein with carbs, i try to get 50 grams each, then 30 to 45 minutes after that i take 30 grams each. It helps me a lot for my recovery and growth.
