Only two words from her lips caught his full attention: 'underworld'- was there really such a place?- and, more imprtantly, 'seductress.' Hmmm... an intriguing combination...

Continuing his slow, graceful pace, he fell silent a moment, briefly forgetting her request for a name as his attention wandered over her and pondered her words. Over the course of many lifetimes, there was still much he would admit he did not know and something about this city presented him with so many opportunities to acquaint himself with those of different and surprising lineages. A cat demon had yet to cross his path until tonight and he made no effort to conceal his silent curiosity. "What am I called? Many things!" Most of them unflattering too. With the strong mix of creatures that walked these streets came the confidence to throw insults in the vampire's face as he bore down upon the weaker. But such curses did nothing to dim his spirit, only to heighten his sense of dominance as he took it all in stride. With the ocassional explosion of violent temper, that is. "But Deangelo will do. And you?"
