He heard the quiet sigh and instinctievly turned his head to the side, glimpsing the solitary figure by the window. Perhaps she wanted to be alone? He thought to himself and remained quietly. Observing her for a few moments longer, he sat back in the hardwood bench, wondering why the celebration of life and joy had all of a sudden become an only salvation.
