Slipping her lithe frame through the narrow opening between the doors she stepped into the dusty church, her gaze sweeping the ancient ruines of a once grand church. Her tan colored fingers brushed a stray strand of raven hued hair from her deep emerald orbs. Not noticing the male in the front, she walked silently towards a window. Why did she come here, to a church that kept secrets? Because she herself had many secrets that weighed upon her heart and soul. She didn't have a religion but she believed in God, sort of. Her life wasn't all too perfect and who could believe in a perfect God? Sighing softly, not wanting to disturb the silent air.
