Subject: Mid season review

To add to the controversy that has tarnished the society of late, the commitee has had to make the tough call and lay down a 'marker' in respect of the societies genuine competitors. Last weekend at Rodway saw a shameful display of cheating by P. Smith, in turn belittling the honor of the world famous Cyder cup. The commitee voted and the majority was in favour of a 2 shot handicap cut effective immediately and a a further 1 shot cut if any 'yips' appear at the tours next event at Ross.
